The upcoming Wonder Woman movie features the former Miss Israel in a leading role, set to release in June. The Israeli beauty exudes elegance in a Bottega Veneta taupe shirt and matching skirt, a Diane von Furstenberg curve-hugging dress, and a playful Prada dress with ’70s-inspired vibes. She also pays tribute to her patriotic character by donning a red, white, and blue Gucci cardigan jacket over an Hermรจs swimsuit. Surprisingly, Gal never intended to pursue acting, but was convinced to try it out after being approached to audition for a Bond girl role while studying law in college. Prior to that, she completed two years of military service in Israel’s IDF after winning Miss Israel in 2004. Despite her undeniable confidence and star power, acting was not always part of Gal’s plan.

When she was offered the role of Wonder Woman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice in 2016, she initially declined. She believed that studying law and international relations made her too serious and intelligent to be an actress. Additionally, being uncomfortable with English further convinced her to turn down the opportunity. Although she did not land the part, she was given a role in the Fast & Furious franchise, and as a result, modeling offers began to come her way. The previous year, she finally made her debut as Wonder Woman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Despite her stunning looks, not everyone was pleased with her casting.
